1 lb shrimp
1 small can of chipotles & juice
Fresh garlic
Sugar
Olive Oil
Black pepper
Lime juice
Tortillas
1.
Blend all ingredients besides shrimp
2.
Use 1/2 of marinade on shrimp. Set aside for an hour
3.
Saute shrimp 4 - 5 minutes or until done
4.
Put remaining chipotle marinade on shrimp and toss lightly
5.
Serve on warm tortillas
