Olive oil & 1/2 stick butter
Seasoning blend & 1/2 fresh diced jalapeno
Fresh garlic
1 canned tomato sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings: salt, pepper, sugar, red pepper flakes, tony's, tabasco

Heat oil and butter, saute 2 - 3 for 5 - 7 minutes until tender, but not brown

Add 4 - 8, stir well and turn heat to low

Let simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, then simmer covered for 40 minutes

Make sure you are turned to the lowest heat and add shrimp

Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes until done
